Instructions
Step 1
Cook ham slices until browned on both sides. Cook beef on med-high heat to desired doneness. Saute mushrooms and onions set all aside.
Step 2
Butter and toast bread. Remove and add cheese, ham, beef, jalapeno and mushrooms. Salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3
Top with buttered bread and toast 2-3 minutes until browned, flip and toast other side
