Orange Slices with Cinnamon

Instructions

Step 1
Trim off the top and bottom ends of oranges and reserve.
Step 2
Peel each orange with a knife, removing any white with.
Step 3
Cut the oranges crosswise into 8-millimeter (⅓-inch) thick slices.
Step 4
Transfer to a mixing bowl.
Step 5
Pull a couple of the smaller slice apart without losing any of the juices.
Step 6
In a small mixing bowl, squeeze the juice from the reserved ends.
Step 7
Add the sugar, orange flower water, and whisk until sugar is dissolved.
Step 8
Pour over the orange slices, turning to coat.
Step 9
Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
Step 10
Divide the oranges among four desert plates, overlapping the slices.
Step 11
Spoon any remaining juice over the top and dust with cinnamon.
Step 12
Garnish with the mint sprigs and enjoy.
