Let's make this Tiktok viral watermelon jello! I made it into 3 different layers: watermelon juice jello, sakura Sprite jello, and coconut milk jello. Each layer has its uniquely beautiful looking and taste.

Instructions

Step 1
Cut off a ½ inch off the top of the watermelon.
Step 2
Insert a hand mixer into the hole, use the lowest speed to blend the watermelon flesh into juice.
Step 3
Pour watermelon juice in a container. Scoop out the rest of the red flesh.
Step 4
Strain 1 cup of watermelon juice into a bowl, sprinkle 2 envelopes (0.5oz) of unflavored gelatin powder on the surface, gently mix until there is no dry gelatin powder.
Step 5
Strain 1 cup of watermelon juice into a small saucepot, boil over medium high heat until simmering.
Step 6
Pour the heated watermelon juice over the watermelon juice gelatin mixture. Stir with a whisk until fully combined. Let cool to room temperature.
Step 7
Pour the cooled watermelon juice mixture into the hollowed watermelon.
Step 8
Cover the opening with plastic food wrap. Keep in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
Step 9
Add 1 cup of Sprite into a bowl, sprinkle 2 envelopes (0.5oz) of unflavored gelatin powder on the surface, gently mix until there is no dry gelatin powder.
Step 10
Add 1 cup of Sprite into a small saucepot, boil over medium high heat until simmering.
Step 11
Pour the heated Sprite over the Sprite gelatin mixture. Stir with a whisk until fully combined. Let cool to room temperature.
Step 12
Soak 10 dried edible sakura/rose flowers in cold water for 10 minutes. Drain the water.
Step 13
Put the soaked sakura/rose flowers into cooled Sprite gelatin mixture.
Step 14
Take the watermelon out from the fridge. Gently touch the surface of the jello to make sure that it has been set. Pour the cooled sakura Sprite gelatin mixture into the watermelon.
Step 15
Cover the opening with plastic food wrap. Keep in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
Step 16
Add 1 cup of sweetened coconut milk or milk into a bowl, sprinkle 2 envelopes (0.5oz) of unflavored gelatin powder on the surface, gently mix until there is no dry gelatin powder.
Step 17
Add 1 cup of sweetened coconut milk or milk into a small saucepot, boil over medium high heat until simmering. (Add extra sugar to your taste if you prefer your jello to be sweeter.)
Step 18
Pour the heated milk over the milk gelatin mixture. Stir with a whisk until fully combined. Let cool to room temperature.
Step 19
Take the watermelon out from the fridge. Gently touch the surface of the jello to make sure that it has been set. Pour the cooled milk gelatin mixture into the watermelon.
Step 20
Cover the opening with plastic food wrap. Keep in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
Step 21
Take the watermelon out from the fridge, cut it in half vertically. Then cut each half in half again to get four quarters. Then slice each quarter into 1 inch thick slices. Enjoy!
Step 22
Mix cubed watermelon jello, yakult (or sweetened coconut milk), and ice to make a super refreshing watermelon jello drink!
