Instructions
Step 1
In a large measuring cup or mixing bowl, combine the lemon juice and sugar.
Step 2
Use a fork to mix the lemon juice and sugar until the sugar is fully dissolved and forms a syrup, about 1-2 minutes.
Step 3
Pour the water into the lemon syrup then mix well. If using lemon zest, mix that in as well.
Step 4
Pour the mixture into popsicles molds, then place the molds into the freezer to set and chill for at least 4 hours.
