Is the garlic necessary? Taste the bean mush before adding it.
Maybe swap the courgette for sauteed Swiss chard or spinach...? Most important thing is that it's green. The mandatory colours of the dish are: purple, yellow and green.

Instructions
Step 1
Roast the courgette with some olive oil and seasoning of choice for however long it takes to soften and brown.
Step 2
Mush the kidney beans with the garlic, thyme, chili powder and pepper. You can add olive oil or tahini as a binding agent.
Step 3
Optional: make the couscous.
Step 4
Bake the seabass with the rosemary and lemon slices. You want the lemon properly charred to the point you can eat it whole.
Step 5
Serve the seabass with a sprinkling of chunky salt and the other ingredients on the side.
