Instructions
Step 1

Cut each cherry in half and remove the seed. Place the cherries into a medium pan with the cold water.
Step 2

Bring to boil and dimmer over a gentle heat for about 15 minutes until the fruit has softened.
Step 3

Leave to cool for about 10 minutes. Then place un food processor and blend.
Step 4

Staring through a sieve into a clean pan, pressing the pulp left jn sieve. Add the sugar and iver a low heat stir until dissolved.
Step 5

Simmer for about 5 minutes. Pour into cups and store in a cool place. Top with ice or sparkling water (optional)
