Perfect Lemonade
My father taught me how to make lemonade on Pesach when I was 10 years old and since then I would make it every year (a fresh pitcher at almost every meal) and I was dubbed “The Lemonade Lady”. Someone else may have taken this sacred duty in their residence by now, but I continue to take pride yearly making it for my family.

Add lemon juice to pitcher
Step 2
Fill a glass with sugar and add hot water, stirring until dissolved and pour into pitcher
Step 3
Pour dissolved sugar into pitcher and add cold water & stir
Step 4
Serve with ice cubes
