Aquafaba Whipped Cream (Sugar Free and Vegan)

3 steps
Prep:10min
Whipped cream is already a surprisingly low calorie food, but this takes it to a whole other level. Without the fat of the cream and carbs of the sugar, this vegan and sugar free whipped cream alternative has practically 0 calories per serving. It tastes just like the real deal though - sweet, fluffy, airy, and no taste of beans. This recipe makes 49 servings of 2 tbsp (5 g) each, or a little over 6 cups of whipped cream

Step 3
Per 1 cup (40 g) of whipped cream, this homemade version has just 30 calories instead of the standard 260. My healthier version also has a negligible amount of fat and carbs, compared to 22 g of fat and 8 g of added sugar in typical whipped cream
