Instructions
Step 1

Wash the fruit and set aside. Pour the water and lemon juice into a large bowl.


Step 2
Remove the core of each apple with an apple corer or small paring knife. Place the apples on the side and cut them into 1/4-inch rings. Slice them thinly and place them in a bowl of acidified water (slice with die reibe). This helps prevent them from turning brown. You can repeat process for each apple. Add them to the water as well.

Step 3

(Optional) Dust them with ground cinnamon or other spices.

Step 4
Place the fruit slices on a tray, overlapping in two layers, then place the tray in the middle layer of the oven.
Step 5
Press the 'Power' button, select the 'Dried Fruit' function, press the 'Start' button to start drying.
Step 6

After completion, take it out and let it cool for a while for a better taste.
