Step 1
Brown broken-up ground beef in a skillet with chili powder, seasoning salt, garlic salt, and pepper. Let seasonings brown to pan stirring occasionally.
Step 2
Add rice, crumbled bouillon cube, and Taco seasoning. Stir until rice is well coated with spices and glossy.
Step 3
Add enough water to cover and allow to boil. Add water as required while cooking until rice is cooked. Add an additional 1/2 cup of water and bring to boil.
Step 4
Take the pan off the heat. Drizzle in cold chili oil while stirring to emulsify until the sauce is the desired thickness and spice level.
Step 5
Serve garnished with dried chives
