1/2 cup water
½ cupwater
½ cupnon-dairy pea milk
pinch of salt
salt
1 scoopPeptides
LTH Prime Collagen
1 Tbsp. ground flax seeds
1 Tbspground flax seeds

Instructions

Step 1
Cook oatmeal according to package directions with salt and the water and milk as the liquid.
Step 2
When it's done, use a fork to mix the powder in until fully dissolved, then mix in flax and enjoy.
