Preheat your oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C). Lightly grease a loaf pan or line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Meatloaf Mixture:

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, mozzarella, beaten egg, garlic, onion, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and fresh parsley. Mix until just combined, being careful not to overmix to keep it tender.
