Instructions
Step 1
Freezing Day Season pork with salt, pepper, and onion powder and set aside. Lay ?% of sliced onions in bottom of slow cooker, and add 12 of minced garlic evenly over onions. Place seasoned pork roast on top of onions, and lay remaining onion and garlic on top of roast. Cover with water. Cook on low for 8 hours and remove to a plate. Remove any fat and pull meat apart using two forks. Freeze using a freezer bag.
Step 2
Reheating Instructions Defrost pork in the refrigerator overnight, heat in a saucepan over medium heat (or microwave), and serve.
