Instructions

Step 1
1. Beat the butter – In a large bowl, beat butter on high speed for about 2 minutes until creamy and fluffy. 2. Add powdered sugar – Gradually mix in powdered sugar, 1 cup at a time, beating well after each addition. 3. Mix in vanilla & salt – Add vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. 4. Adjust consistency – Add milk or cream, 1 tablespoon at a time, until the frosting is smooth and spreadable. 5. Whip it up – Beat for another 2-3 minutes until fluffy. 6. Decorate! – Pipe or spread onto cooled cupcakes and top with extra sprinkles.
