Instructions

Step 1
Blend chicken, egg replacer, and salt and food processor. ( tbsp flaxseed mixed with 2 tbsps water OR 2 heaping tbsp cornstarch mixed with 3 tbsp water). Add hot sauce if using.
Step 2
Add cornstarch to a bowl or pan. Using a 1 tablespoon scoop, drop chicken mixture into cornstarch and flatten, dusting off extra cornstarch.
Step 3
Place on pan with parchment paper or a silicone mat and freeze for one hour.
Step 4
Mix the battery ingredients and coat frozen nuggets in better. Cook immediately or placed into oven to freeze again.
Step 5
Pan fry or deep fry at 350° for 8–10 minutes or until golden & thermometer reaches 165°.
