Instructions
Step 1
Melt butter and mix with Biscoff spread, vanilla essence, honey and condensed milk until combined (reserve some of the spread for the topping).
Step 2
Fold in crushed biscuits, reserving some for the topping.
Step 3
Spread mixture in a baking tin lined with baking paper.
Step 4
Optional: Refrigerate for 30 mins to solidify base layer before topping is applied.
Step 5
Spread reserved Biscoff spread thinly over the base layer until covered. Sprinkle over the reserved biscuits.
Step 6
Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight. Then cut into pieces and enjoy!
