Instructions

Step 1
Set aside half breadcrumbs (or substitute) for later. Sautee onion and garlic until fragrant. Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate for a few minutes until it is easy to shape the nuggets. Coat in breadcrumbs. Bake at 400 degrees (Fahrenheit) for 25 minutes, flipping halfway.
Step 2
To omit breadcrumbs and cut carbs, toast, crumble, and season walnuts and use in every step that requires breadcrumbs.
