Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Step 2
Wash and cut potatoes into wedges. Slice the potato long ways until you have 8 wedges.

Step 3
Soak potatoes in cold water for 30 mins. Remove from water and dry potatoes with kitchen towel.
Step 4
Place the potatoes in a medium bowl and toss with the seasonings, parmesean cheese, oil, and cornstarch. Pour the wedges on a baking sheet.








Step 5
Cook wedges for 35 minutes. Using a spatula, flip potatoes over potatoes and cook for an additional 15 minutes.
