Instructions

Bloom Gelatin:

Step 1
In a small saucepan, combine 90g water, 8g flavored gelatin, and 12g unflavored gelatin. Let sit for 2–3 minutes to bloom.
Step 2
Add 40–50g Swerve Confectioners and stir gently.
Step 3
Warm over low heat (do not boil), stirring continuously until everything is fully dissolved.
Step 4
Stir in monk fruit sweetener and LorAnn drops. Add 8g lemon juice for extra tang if desired.
Step 5
Pour mixture into silicone molds. Chill in the fridge for 30–60 minutes until set.
Step 6
Store in the fridge, but let sit at room temp for a softer, chewier texture before eating.

Optional Sour Coating (Highly Recommended):

Step 7
Once gummies reach room temperature, lightly drizzle lemon juice on top and dust with additional Swerve Confectioners for a sour gummy-style finish.
