Step 1
Preheat oven to 450 F°.
Step 2
Blend the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt together then cut in the shortening.
Step 3
Add the milk and blend till a soft moist dough is formed.
Step 4
Roll out the dough on a lightly floured counter and cut into desired shapes and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking parchment. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned.
