Instructions

Step 1
Mix together the fresh yeast, milk, water, egg, egg yolk, flour, sugar and salt for 2min
Step 2
Add the butter and mix for another 10min
Step 3
Let the dough rise for 20min
Step 4
Shape into 10 little pumpkins (+- 100g each) -> I used 4 little strings to make the pumpkin shape Do not tighten the strings too much
Step 5
Preheat oven at 200°C
Step 6
Let the little pumpkins rise for 15min
Step 7
Bake at 200°C for 15min
Step 8
Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely
