Instructions
Step 1
Combine all ingredients except eggs in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Place eggs in sealable container such as a quart jar; pour hot pickling liquid over the eggs. Seal and refrigerate minimum 3-4 hours, preferably overnight. Turn eggs occasionally to ensure even pickling.
Step 3
To serve, remove eggs from liquid and cut in half lengthwise.
