Instructions
Step 1
Peel shells from eggs. Slice eggs in half lengthwise & place yolks in bowl. Mix egg yolks, mayo, vinegar, & mustard in bowl. (If you mess up peeling the egg white, still put the yolk in bowl.)
Step 2
Spoon 1 tsp egg yolk mixture into each egg half (24). Cover & refrigerate before serving.
Step 3
NOTE: For a prettier presentation, pipe yolks into white using a star tip. Sprinkle top with a spice (paprika) if desired for color.
