These 5 Minute flatbreads are a lifesaver if you are in a hurry and need to make something quick. They have a great chewy texture and I store in the fridge for up to three days

Instructions
Step 1
Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix to a smooth batter the batter should be slightly runny if it’s very thin add a tablespoon more flour




Step 2
Oil a pan then pour little the batter with a ladle . You can make 10 medium size or 7 large . Cook on medium heat and flip when it starts to look dry . Keep flipping them until it starts to puff up and both sides have brown spots . Serve immediately with some melted butter and your fav dips and salads
