Instructions
Step 1
Do not peel but trim and chop the feijoa, then combine with onions in a large saucepan.

Stir well while bringing to the boil.

Simmer on low heat until thickened – about one hour.
Step 5
Spoon into hot sterilised jars. Seal when cold.
Step 6
Will keep for months. Refrigerate once open.
