Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

2. Toss the nuts and coconut together in a bowl.

3. Drizzle the maple syrup or simple syrup over the nuts and stir to combine.

4. In a small bowl whisk the egg white with a fork until a bit foamy, then add the sugar and salt and pour over the nut mixture.
