Instructions
Step 1
mix bananas, egg, salt, vinegar, oil and milk in a bowl
Step 2
mix flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder & vanilla in another bowl
Step 3
mix the contents of the two bowls together and fold until JUST combined
Step 4
pour into greased 4x12" pan and bake at 200°c for 30-40 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean. if browning at the top use foil
