2 x 20 ozcans of pineapple chunks
drained

1 cupgranulated sugar

6 tablespoonsall-purpose flour

1 ½ cupsshredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 ½ cupsRitz crackers
crushed

½ cupunsalted butter
melted
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish.
Step 2
In a medium bowl, combine the sugar and flour until well-blended. Stir in the sharp cheddar cheese, ensuring it’s evenly distributed.

Gently fold the pineapple chunks and reserved juice into the sugar-flour mixture. Transfer this mixture into the greased casserole dish, spreading it out evenly.

In a separate bowl, combine the crushed buttery crackers and melted butter. Mix until the crackers are evenly coated.
