Instructions: 1. In a mason jar or container, combine oats, chia seeds, almond milk, pumpkin puree, yogurt (if using), spices, and sweetener (if using). 2. Stir well to combine, making sure chia seeds don’t clump. 3. Seal and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4–6 hours). 4. In the morning, give it a stir. Add toppings if desired. 5. Enjoy cold, or gently warm on the stove if preferred.
