Banana Cream Pie Overnight Oats

A kinda upside down version of my dulce oats, super easy, perfect for meal prep and hella delicious!

Instructions

Step 1
In a large bowl, mash your banana then add in maple syrup, yoghurt & milk, mix. Then add in protein & oats and combine well. Distribute between 2 small bowls or jars reserving a tbs worth for each.
Step 2
Melt your biscoff for 30 seconds in a small bowl, stir in maple and keep stirring until a sauce is created. Fill the centre of your oats and cover with the reserved tbs. Slice the remainder of your banana over the top.
Step 3
Melt white choc for 30 secs, then 15 second intervals. Once melted add in yoghurt (I used vanilla yo pro but also love vanilla cocobella)
Step 4
Distribute over the oats and refrigerate for a few hours or overnight. The next day decorate with banana coins and optionally half a crushed biscoff biscuit.
