Instructions

Step 1
Mix yeast, sugar, and water. Let it awaken until crust covers the top of the bowl
Step 2
Mix all ingredients together and knead. let rise for 1-3 hours until it doubles in size
Step 3
Optional: Put in fridge for several hours to several days
Step 4
Shape as desired and place on a well oiled baking sheet or bread pan. Let rise for an hour.
Step 5
Bake at 475 for 20 minutes. You can add a pan with water in the bottom rack for a crustier crust or use a closed dutch oven
