Instructions

Step 1
In a bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, protein powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Step 2
In a cup, dish, oi or meal prep container layer the yogurt mixture with sliced bananas and Nilla wafers, repeating until all ingredients are used.
Step 3
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld (overnight is even better!).
Step 4
Grab a spoon and enjoy!
