Spicy, Slow and Low Pork Shoulder Country Style Ribs
6 steps
Prep:10minCook:3h
These pork shoulder country style ribs are juicy and have just a bit of spice. The key is Slow and Low, meaning to cook them slowly at a low temperature. This helps the connective tissue break apart while allowing the meat to retain its juices and creating a delicious caramelized outer coating.
