A few hours or overnight, slice rhubarb and cover with cinnamon and sugar, stirring occasionally, this remove tge extreme tartness. Beat eggs slightly and add milk. Misx sugar, flour and nutmeg. Stir into egg mixture. Add rhubarb, pour into 9 inch pie plate and dot with butter. Arrange lattice top crust. Bake 10 minutes at 425 degrees and reduce heat to 350 and bake 24 minutes longer.
