Instructions
Step 1
Finely grate the zucchini and dice the onion and ham
Step 2
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the egg whites and whole eggs until well combined.
Step 3
Add the cottage cheese, ham, and flour, and whisk until incorporated.
Step 4
Stir in the zucchini, onion, and crumbled feta until evenly mixed.
Step 5
Transfer the mixture to a parchment-lined square baking dish, then sprinkle cheese on top.

6. Bake at 180°C for 40 minutes, or until the dish is fully cooked and golden brown on top

7. Allow it to cool before slicing and transferring to meal prep containers.
