Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Step 2
In a glass meal prep container, combine the rice, chicken, capsicum, beans, onion, fajita seasoning, and stock. Stir until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
Step 3
Top the mixture with 20g cheese.
Step 4
Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until fully cooked.
Step 5
Allow the dish to cool before adding avocado slice and perinaise.
Step 6
Store it in the refrigerator. Reheat in microwave
