Step 1
Toss cabbage and green onion together in a large bowl. Set aside.

In a medium sized frying pan, melt the butter. Add the crushed ramen noodles, almonds, ramen seasoning packet, and sesame seeds. Cook till browned. Cool and set aside.
Dressing
Step 3
In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, sugar, white pepper, garlic powder and vegetable oil .
Step 4
Toss the crunch topping and dressing with the cabbage and onions. Serve immediately.
