Autumn Harvest Salad

Instructions

Step 1
For dressing, whisk ingredients together in a medium bowl until well combined
Step 2
Preheat oven to 350. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut bread into thin (.5 inch) slices and place in a single layer on the sheet. Brush with melted butter, sprinkle with sugar and bake 10 minutes. Repeat for the other side, cool completely on baking sheet.
Step 3
For each salad, place 1 cup greens on plate. Top with 1/2 cup apple slices, 1/4 cup chicken, and 2 tbsp each cheese, cranberries and walnuts. Break 2 slices of toast into pieces and arrange in salad. Drizzle with dressing.
