Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a tray with baking paper.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa, sugar, and baking powder.

In another bowl, whisk eggs (or flax eggs), oil, and vanilla.

Combine wet and dry ingredients. Stir in white chocolate bits.
Step 5
Scoop tablespoon-sized balls onto the tray. Flatten slightly.
Step 6
Bake for 10–12 minutes until set on the edges.
Step 7
Cool on tray for 5 mins, then transfer to a rack.
