3/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup water (add when mixing)

DIRECTIONS
1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
2. When ready to cook, add the water and whisk until smooth to form a batter.
3. Dip your preferred ingredients (chicken strips, fish, or vegetables) into the batter to coat evenly.
4. Heat oil to 350°F (175°C) in a deep pan or fryer.
5. Fry coated items until golden and crispy, about 3–5 minutes depending on thickness.
6. Drain on paper towels and serve immediately.
