Instructions
Step 1
Preheat broiler, place the bread on a cookie sheet and toast until golden brown, turn slices over and toast other side. Let cool a couple of minutes. Break up slices and place in a mini food processor/food processor to make crumbs. Season as desired is optional. 1 once = 1 carb. 2 ounces of these breadcrumbs will do a great job of baked zucchini fries (using one zucchini) and coat two pieces of tilapia.
