PUT SLICED BEEF IN ZIP-LOC BAG MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER POUR OVER BEEF AND MARINATE 24 HOURS OR LONGER (UP TO 2 DAYS) HANG ON TOOTHPICKS AND PLACE ON OVEN RACK (LINE BOTTOM OF OVEN WITH FOIL IF GAS STOVE) SET OVEN TEMP AT WARM (2OO) LEAVE OVEN DOOR OPEN A BIT AND COOK FOR 4-6 HOURS TILL READY....SHOULD NOT BE CRISP BUT A LITTLE CHEWY
