2 Tbspsriracha

¼ cdark brown sugar

¼ choney

3 Tbspsoy sauce
low sodium

3cloves garlic
crushed

½ tspsea salt
Angel Hair Pasta Salad
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Combine firecracker sauce ingredients in a resealable bag or bowl. Reserve a few tablespoons of sauce for basting post- baking. Add salmon cubes to sauce; toss to coat. Marinate for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the angel hair pasta salad: In a large bowl, combine sesame oil, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, chili oil, sugar, and 1 teaspoon sesame seeds. Add prepared angel hair pasta to the dressing. Toss well to combine. Set aside. Place salmon cubes on prepared baking sheet. Bake for 12 minutes. Baste with reserved sauce. To assemble: Place a small mound of angel hair pasta in the center of each plate. Nestle 3 salmon cubes over pasta. Garnish with a light sprinkling of sesame seeds and scallions. Serve at room temperature. Enjoy!
