Instructions

Step 1
Preheat your air fryer to 160°C for 2-3 minutes.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix together the mashed bananas, egg, melted butter, vanilla, and sugar.

Add the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Stir just until combined.
Step 4
Fold in the optional ingredients like nuts or chocolate chips.
Step 5
Pour into a greased mini loaf tin or silicone mould that fits your air fryer.
Step 6
Air fry at 160°C for 20–25 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick at the 20-minute mark.
Step 7
Let cool slightly, then slice and enjoy!
