If you’ve got overripe bananas sitting on the counter, your air fryer is about to become your new best friend. This air fryer banana bread is soft, moist, and packed with sweet banana flavour—without ever turning on the oven!

Ingredients

2bananas
ripe, peeled
1fresh egg
large
45gbutter
melted
5mlvanilla extract
60mlhoney
or maple syrup
90gplain flour
½ tspbaking powder
¼ tspground cinnamon
salt
30gwalnuts
chopped
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat your air fryer to 160°C for 2-3 minutes.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix together the mashed bananas, egg, melted butter, vanilla, and sugar.
Step 3
Add the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Stir just until combined.
Step 4
Fold in the optional ingredients like nuts or chocolate chips.
Step 5
Pour into a greased mini loaf tin or silicone mould that fits your air fryer.
Step 6
Air fry at 160°C for 20–25 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick at the 20-minute mark.
Step 7
Let cool slightly, then slice and enjoy!
