Preheat Air Fryer to 350F.
Step 3
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, half n half, brown sugar, vanilla. Add the cubed bread and stir to coat. Set aside to soak, appropriately 10 minutes.

Peel and cut the bananas into slices. Place in a bowl and toss with caramel.

Grease 4 Ramekins

Distribute half bread mixture on the bottom of ramekins. Spoon the banana mixture overtop. Then add the remaining pudding ontop. Tint each ramekins with aluminum foil and place 2 at a time in Air fryer. Repeat with other 2.
Step 7
Air Fry for 25' minutes, then sprinkle top with toasted rum soaked pecans.
Step 8
Serve the pudding warm, with some of the warm caramel sauce on top. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream, if you like. Enjoy, Watch on Youtube.
