Pickle Ketchup with Hot Honey

3 steps
Prep:5minCook:20min
Did you know that Sweetgreen has air fried potato fries with pickle ketchup? This here is my recreation of the healthy dip. It's a refined sugar free ketchup, that's both sweet and spicy from homemade hot honey. It get's its pickle flavor from the dried dill, and is the perfect condiment to more than just fries. Try it on your salads for a great tangy and sweet dressing

Step 2
Transfer to a large mason jar, and let cool at room temperature (uncovered) for 30 minutes before covering with a lid and refrigerating. Store in the fridge for up to 1 week, or freeze indefinitely
Step 3
Instead of hot honey, you can also use 4 tbsp (84 g) honey and 1 tsp (2 g) red pepper flakes. You can also omit the red pepper and dill for a more classic honey. Or use dates as your sweetener by blending in 4 oz (113 g) dates
