Instructions

Step 1
Make the cake mix according to the directions except seperate two eggs and put only the egg yolks in. If it is imposible to divide the cake mix recipe in half (example if it means dividing an egg) make it all and divide after it's mixed. Pour into a greased 9×13 pan and bake for 15 min. until crust is golden brown (Adjust accordingly) Remove from oven and let cool completely.
Step 2
Meanwhile cream together cream cheese, sugar, and pineapple juice till smooth. (If it's runny add a little therm flo, corn starch, or flour) Spread on cooled crust.
Step 3
Whisk the pudding and milk together till it gets thicker then spread on top of cream cheese. If you wish you could add pineapple tidbits along in.
Step 4
Whip the cream till it gets stiff peaks then add powdered sugar and mix on low till combined. Spread on top and refrigerate for an hour or till serving. Decorate with dehydrated pineapple slices.

Note

Step 5
If you have already frozen cream that's not going to make stiff peaks (I did in the photos) just whip till it is as smooth as you can get it then pour on top and freeze overnight to have a delicious frozen treat.
