Instructions
Step 1
1. Preheat the oven to 375oF.
Step 2
2. Add 3/4 cup of the oats to a food processor and pulse until a coarse flour is formed. Pour the oat flour into a large bowl.

3. Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl, folding in the banana gently at the end
Step 4
4. Pour batter into lined muffin tins. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Allow to cool for 10 minutes.
