1 cuppeanut butter

or granular sweetener of choice
1 tspvanilla extract
½ tspbaking soda
¼ tspsalt
16dark chocolate kisses
I used Dark chocolate kisses to get the classic Christmas look, but normally I would just use some small sugar free dark chocolates
Instructions
Step 1
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
Step 2
2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl until fully incorporated.
Step 3
3. Scoop out 16 cookies, placing them a half inch or so apart on your baking sheet.
Step 4
4. Bake for 11 minutes. Remove from oven and immediately top each cookie with a chocolate. Enjoy!
