Instructions

Filling

Step 1
Mix the mince, grated onion, salt and pepper

Dough

Add the flour to a bowl with the salt, oil and water

Mix with a spoon and then with hands
Step 4
Add the eggs and knead until smooth
Step 5
Place in a clear bag and let it rest for 30 minutes

Roll out a flat piece of dough and place it on the well-floured mold.

Fill each hole with meat.
Step 8
Place another flat, round piece of dough on top.
Step 9
Sprinkle with flour and use a rolling pin to roll over the dough until each dumpling is separated.
Step 10
Flip the mold over and shake out the pelmeni. Dust them with flour.

Freeze or boil immediately

Serve with butter, sour cream or mayonnaise and vinegar
